Session 2 digs a little deeper into the service lifespan with sections including Service Asset/Configuration Management, Change Management and ITIL© Management. Session 3 wraps up the course with instruction on Incident and Problem Management, Continual Service Improvement, Technology and Architecture and finally a discussion on the exam itself.
